Q: Does The Suorin Vape Device Come Charged?

Suorin vapes will be semi-charged, however, we recommend charging them fully prior to use.

3.Keep your Suorin vape, charging accessories, and cartridges dry. Precipitation, humidity, or moisture can corrode electronic circuits.
4.Store your device at temperatures between 0-25°C.

Q: How Long Does The Battery Charge Last?

Suorin vapes have different built-in battery capacities, such as 430 mAh, 500 mAh, 930 mAh, 1500 mAh, and so on. Therefore, when fully charged, they can last based on their battery capacity and your use frequency. But generally, they can support your daily use well.

Q: How Do I Charge My Device?

Suorin vape devices will come with the USB charging cable or Type-C cable provided in your Pod Kit. You can use them to charge your device directly.

PLEASE NOTE: To avoid the risk of fire, injury, and/or any damage to your Suorin vape or any property, only charge your device with the equipment provided in the Pod Kit or charging accessories that are compatible with Suorin.

- Never leave your device unattended while it's charging.

- This product should only be connected to a safety extra-low voltage (SELV) circuit rated at 4.2 VDC,1A.

Q: When Do I Know It's Time To Charge My Device?

Different Suorin devices have different signs to indicate whether it is time to charge. You can check the product user manuals, we had listed everything on them!

Your Suorin pod kit battery may run out before the Suorin Pod cartridge is finished, so don't get rid of the cartridge when charging the device.

Q: How Do I Dispose Of a Suorin Device?

Suorin Pods and Devices are recyclable. You may dispose of them in the designated recycle bins.

Q: Can I Charge My Device Overnight?

Although the Suorin vape has been designed with specific safety features, we advise against leaving it to charge whilst unattended or overnight. The device will fully charge in 2 hours.

Q: Does The Suorin Device Contain Nicotine?

At this present, Suorin vapes are mainly vape pod kits. It doesn't come with e-liquid, therefore, the Suorin device doesn't contain nicotine. You can add any nicotine-content e-liquids or nicotine-free e-liquids.

Q: How Long Does The Suorin Pod Last?

It is recommended to change a new cartridge after 5-8 times e-liquid filling or within 7 days after the first oil filling.

It's time to change your Suorin refillable pod when:
- Your Suorin Pod stops producing vapor.
- You notice a deterioration in the taste or quality of the vapor

Q: If Aerosol is Not Emitted Normally When Puffing On the Device?

a.Confirm that the cartridge is properly in place and tightly connected to the device
b. Confirm the device is under "on" status
c. Confirm that sufficient e-liquid remains in the cartridge. if not, refill the cartridge.
d. Confirm that adequate charge remains in the battery. if not please charge as soon as possible.

Q: Why My Suorin Device Is Leaking When I Use It?

A: If your pod leaks, remove the pod and wipe off the liquid before inserting it back into the device. if your pods excessively leak, please submit a warranty claim here or reach out to our service team by emailing info@suorin.com.

Q: Do I Have To Clean Suorin Devices?

Suorin devices are easy to maintain. To clean the charge contacts and inside the main device, please use a dry or slightly moistened cotton swab

Q: What's The Best Way To Store Suorin Devices?

Don't store a Suorin device for more than two weeks with an empty charge. It's best to charge the device entirely and remove the pod before storage. As with all products containing nicotine, store the Suorin device out of reach of children and pets.

Q: Can Anyone Use Suorin?

Suorin is designed for adult smokers and adult users of nicotine products. They are not suitable for:
1.people under the age of 21;
2.people who are allergic/sensitive to nicotine; pregnant or breast-feeding women;
3.people who should avoid tobacco or nicotine products for medical reasons;
4.people with an unstable heart condition, severe hypertension, or diabetes.

Q: How Should I Carry My Device On Passenger Aircraft?

The European Aviation Safety Agency's (EASA) guidelines direct passengers who are packing their (Suorin) device in checked luggage to ensure their device is “completely switched off and effectively protected from accidental activation”. Passengers must also provide their devices aren't in the same bag as flammable materials, including perfumes. However, the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) has banned the transportation of vaping devices in checked luggage altogether and 191 countries use ICAO guidelines to make their flight laws. To stay on the right side of both regulations, you should carry your device in your hand luggage, ensure it is completely switched off (and packed in a way that will prevent it from accidentally switching on), and not in the same bag as any flammable items. It would be best if you also remembered that your flavor pods count as liquids when passing through security.

This means that the more you read up on the rules and laws you'll be expected to follow when traveling the better. Q:  How Many Suorin Pods Do You Get In a Refill Pack?

Each pack contains 1 or 2 pods depending on the specific Suorin vape kits. They come empty without any e-liquid, you can add any e-liquid flavors and nicotine salts you love.

Q: Does Suorin Have a Warranty?

The assortment of our Suorin products is guaranteed six months warranty from the date of purchase, under normal usage conditions, and following the instructions for use recommended by the manufacturer cartridges are not included under Suorin Warranty Terms. In the event that the product needs replacing valid warranty period.

The replacement will be undertaken by our after-sales technicians providing that the product has not been subjected to shock. All new devices come with a warranty against fault. This means that if your device stops working properly during the applicable warranty period we will replace it free of charge.

This warranty does not cover any faults resulting from fair wear and tear or misuse of the product, including but not limited to:

• Negligence by you or a third party.
• Incorrect use of your product in accordance with the user instructions.
• Unauthorized repairs or other modifications.
• Improper charging of your device (including the use of alternative chargers and charging adaptors).

You need to describe the fault in detail and provide the order number/proof of purchase, so please make sure you have this information on hand.

• If the product is diagnosed as faulty, Suorinwill replace the product for you
• You may be asked to return the faulty device for investigation. Failure to return the defective device if requested may affect your claim

Q: What Do I Do If I Received My Order Damaged?

You will be asked to describe the incident in detail, and provide the order number/proof of purchase and the device serial number located at the back of the device, so please make sure you have this information on hand.

• If the device is deemed faulty, it will be replaced.
• In the event of a replacement, you will be asked to return the faulty device for the quality check; failure to do so will invalidate your warranty claim.

Q: Can I Return My Order For a Refund? How?
